IMPORTANT SALE INFORMATION: Be advised that this boat, motor, and trailer have been previously used and may contain normal wear, cosmetic imperfections, or other defects consistent with their age and prior use. While the boat and motor are currently reported to be in good running condition, no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, are made regarding the condition or future operation of the boat, motor, trailer, or any associated equipment. The entire package is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. The buyer is solely responsible for ALL loading, shipping, transporting, coordinating payments, and pick-up with our municipality within the required time frame. No exceptions.
