Assets are sold AS IS WHERE IS. Bidders are invited to bid with the information provided. Last known condition - Working Reason for being auctioned - No longer required Quantity - 1 Size/Dimensions - 100' Attachments - None Other details - ***Insurance Requirements*** a. The successful Bidder shall at all times pay, or cause to be paid, any assessment or compensation required to be paid pursuant to the Workplace Safety Insurance Board Act, and upon failure to do so, the Board may pay such assessment or compensation to the WSIB and shall deduct or collect such expenses pursuant to the provisions of this Contract. The successful Proponent shall, at the time of entering into the Contract with the Board, and every six (6) months thereafter, provide a Certificate of Good Standing from the WSIB proving that all assessments or compensations have been paid and that the successful Proponent and any Sub-contractors have complied with the requirements of the WSIB and are in good standing with the Board. b. the successful Bidder shall obtain a policy or policies of: i. Commercial general liability insurance, insuring against damage or injury to persons or property with limits for not less than $5,000,000.00 per occurrence or such greater amount as the Board may from time to time request; ii. Standard form Ontario automobile liability insurance that complies with all requirements of the current legislation of the Province of Ontario, having as inclusive limit of not less than $2,000,000.00 per occurrence or such greater amount as the Board may from time to time reasonably request, in respect of the use or operation of licensed vehicles owned or leased by the successful Proponent for the provision of services hereunder; iii. Standard form non-owned automobile liability insurance that complies with all requirements of the current legislation of the Province of Ontario, having an inclusive limit of no less than $2,000,000.00 per occurrence or such greater amount as the Board may from time to time reasonably request, in respect of the use or operation of licensed vehicles owned or leased by the successful Proponent for the provision of services hereunder; c. Each of the polices of insurance described above shall; i. Include the Board as an additional insured; ii. Contain a cross-liability clause; iii. Contain a severability of interests clause endorsement; iv. Provide that if cancelled or changed in any manner, thirty (30) days prior written notice by mail or facsimile transmission shall have been given by the insurer to the Board failing which such cancellation or change shall be void as against the Board; and, v. Be maintained in good standing without interruption during the entire period that services are provided pursuant to this Contract.
