As this is a notification according to Local Law 81, no action is required by Salvage Officers. The plan must demonstrate intended beneficial use in alignment with public service goals. Important Notes • Donations are at no cost, but recipients are responsible for pickup, handling and transportation. • Equipment will be donated based on evaluation criteria contingent upon the information provided in the online submission. • If multiple applications are received, public schools and libraries are given top priority.
