This lightweight, disposable head immobilizer comes in three sizes: adult, child, and infant/pediatric. The Multi-Grip Head Immobilizer is a complete, universally designed system for your head immobilization needs. Each unit includes a head and chin straps and is individually packaged in thermo-sealed film.
