Parcel number 36223.9167 That portion of the Northwest Quarter (NW ¼) of the Southwest Quarter(SW ¼) of Section 22, Township 26 North, Range 43 East, W.M., in Spokane County, Washington, lying Northeasterly of Magnesium Road as it existed in May 6, 2026 and Southwesterly of Market Street (also known as Pend Oreille Highway) Including that portion by operation of law of vacated Magnesium Road by Resolution No. 2007-0902.
