Description Condition: FAIR Bidders are advised to consider the following before bidding: Inspection or pickup of these auction items require an appointment scheduled on a Thursday between 9:00 AM and 11:45 AM.  No one is allowed on site without an appointment. ~~~~~~~~~Reserved Held at $200.00~~~~~~~~~~~~ Commercial LED Lighting Fixtures *Matte Black *Rectangular *Dims: ~12" x 4.5" x 4.5" *Pendant style *Includes drivers and canopy * Approx. 300 lights * Sold as a single lot of items -Buyer is responsible for loading and hauling- ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS-IS, WHERE-IS". NO REFUNDS, NO GUARANTEES. Auction items are stored loose and are NOT secured, crated, or shrink-wrapped.  If the buyer intends to ship the auction items, then the buyer must make arrangements with a company that will crate, shrink-wrap, or secure the auction items prior to shipping.  County staff will not perform the above tasks.  Shipping arrangements, loading, vendor selection, and all costs associated with removing the units off County property shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer.  County is not responsible for auction items rejected by trucking companies for any reason.
