Vehicle is a project, Was told it is 1940 ford , chopped windshield and hood, with 1940 willy's fiberglass fenders, it is a roller with no engine or transmission, does have front and rear suspension, and rolls. there is a makeshift hard top that can go with it, it is unfinished patchwork of metal. could be very cool car, and the fiberglass fenders and steel ford body are of value. This is completely a project, that has NO VIN or serial number will be sold with a bill of sale only, as parts car/custom made vehicle.
