All sales are with the understanding that the buyer cannot rely on any other representation, warranty or guaranty made by anyone. Settlement Requirements Property will be conveyed via quitclaim deed with winning bidder responsible for all liens, encumbrances and back taxes. Settlement will occur through Law Offices of Tyler A. Gold, P.A. in Plantation, FL with buyer to pay actual closing costs directly to title company. In some states/counties in the US, an attorney will be required for settlement and closing. The buyer will need to select an attorney of their choosing within 2 days after the close of auction and will be responsible for any attorney fees incurred. Full Payment is due in 2 business days. Buyer Premium Information This auction requires that the winning bidder pay a Buyer's Premium of 10.00% of the winning bid amount. (The Buyer's Premium covers the costs associated with the auction). This amount will be added to the winning bid and will be included in the total purchase price paid by the Buyer to the Seller.
