1996 FMC C-15 CARGO LOADER 180", DIESEL, s/n CR96236, Removal is by appointment only. Removal deadline is 30 days from date of invoice. Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with removal including rigging, loading and shipment. UPS does not provide a Title, nor assist with obtaining a Title. Unit NOT Operational. Drive tower toppled over the side. All hydraulic seals on scissor lift need to be replaced. Unit must be removed from property within 30 days of close of auction., Current Condition: Poor, 32x15x13 Feet, 44000 Pounds, Removal is by appointment only. Removal deadline is 30 days from date of invoice. Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with removal including rigging, loading and shipment. Buyer agrees that all of the terms of the Listing Contract Policy (located in Appendix B to the User Agreement for this website) apply to the sale of this equipment. Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless seller, its successors, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all liabilities, claims, suits, judgments, damages, losses, awards, fines, penalties, costs, expenses and attorney fees arising out of or in any manner connected with the ownership, use, operation and/or disposition of this equipment.
