Engineered strictly to NASA-STD-8719.9 aerospace heavy lifting standards, this flight-hardware support fixture represents the highest caliber of critical rigging engineering used in cleanrooms and integration facilities. Program/Mission: NASA Global Precipitation Measurement (GPM) Core Observatory Equipment Type: Mechanical Ground Support Equipment (MGSE) / Below-The-Hook Lifting Device Classification: Heavy Critical Rigging Hardware / Spacecraft Lift Sling Support Compliance Standards: Built to comply with NASA-STD-8719.9 (Lifting Devices and Equipment) Material/Construction: High-strength aerospace alloy / Structural steel I-Beam truss configuration with high-visibility safety coatings Application: Used for stable overhead crane manipulation, passive gravity offloading, and secure transport container hoisting of high-value flight hardware.
