This item is Lot 10 Paramount Lat Pulldown / Seated Row Combo. These are Health and Human Performance items from MTSU and are being sold as one lot. Below is the description I received from the department. Description: Dual-function, commercial selectorized strength machine. Offers both overhead lat pulldown and low-row configurations from a single weight stack. Used condition with scuffs on the outer shroud, paint wear near the footplates, and fully functional cables and selector pin. These are currently on the campus of the university. The successful bidder shall supply all resources required to facilitate removal from MTSU premises. If an MTSU department or State of Tennessee entity makes a claim on this item, a $ 5,000.00 FMV, or fair market value, will be assessed and collected before the transfer of ownership can take place. We recommend a visual inspection of these items before submitting a bid.
