This unit was purchased new and installed but was never placed into service due to a head clearance issue after installation. Unit is in like-new condition and has never been used. Includes the platform lift, rail system, control cabinet, and associated components shown in the photos. Designed for installation on an existing stairway to provide wheelchair accessibility. Buyer is responsible for verifying compatibility with their intended application and any installation requirements. Cosmetic condition is very good with only minor handling marks from installation.
