The cabinet is maple in color, features 2 doors, with hot and cold water tank tanks. The item was hardly used and working when taken out of commission. The portable sink requires electricity. May be great for camping or used in areas where running water is not practical. Height - 35" Width - 27" Depth - 18" Sold as is, no exceptions. Item is not located at main facility.
