Description Condition: FAIR Duracraft PD22-12. The press is in working condition. This item is at an off site location, make sure to call and set up pick up time. THERE WILL BE NOBODY TO HELP LOAD OR CARRY ITEM, MAKE SURE YOU BRING ENOUGH PEOPLE AND EQUIPMENT TO HANDLE ITEM. ALL PAYMENTS UNDER $4000 MUST BE PAID ONLINE ALL PAYMENTS OVER THAT AMOUNT MUST BE PAID BY WIRE TRANSFER WAREHOUSE HOURS 7:30a - 4p CALL BEFORE PICK UP TO MAKE SURE SOMEONE IS THERE. MUST CALL TO MAKE PICK UP APPOINTMENT All items will be charged a 10% buyers fee and 7.49% tax on top of winning bid. There are no warranties with any purchase, items are sold as is.  All efforts have been made to detail any known problems. Buyer must supply all personnel for removing said items. All items must be removed, and loaded on the truck by the buyer. The school will NOT have ANY loading capabilities. Items need to be picked up within 7 days after auction ends or money will be forfeited. NOTICE!!! AN APPOINTMENT MUST BE MADE TO PICK UP OR VIEW ALL ITEMS. PROPER EQUIPMENT MUST BE USED FOR REMOVAL OF ALL ITEMS, I.E. TRUCKS, TRAILERS, ETC. WE WILL NOT PACKAGE OR SHIP ANY ITEMS!!!
