The original intent of this table is a tilting fire hose turnable table. This modern style table with geometric shapes is a metal, tilt top pedestal table. Diameter of the top is approximately 27" x 37". This item is sold in 'As-Is' condition. The round push cart under the table is NOT included with this sale, only the red table is for sale. This item is sold in 'As-Is' condition. BUYER PICKUP ONLY, NO SHIPPING. For pickup, the successful buyer will be supplied buyer pickup instructions after the close of the auction. No unscheduled, or drop-in pickups. GENERAL INFORMATION REGARDING TOWN AUCTION: By submitting a bid for the Town of Longmeadow surplus property and police auction and through signing the Bill of Lading upon pickup, the bidder certifies under penalties of perjury that the bid has been made and submitted in good faith and without collusion or fraud with any other person (The word “person” shall mean any natural person, business, partnership, corporation, union, committee, club or other organization, entity or group of individuals.) The Town of Longmeadow acting through the Town Manager reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive minor informalities and to award in the best interest of the Town. Town surplus property sold per Massachusetts General Law (MGL), Chapter 30B, Section 15; Police Auction items sold per MGL 135, Section 7 & 8.
